Refund/Return and Billing Policy
Depending upon the product purchased, fees are added at the beginning of each billing cycle to pay for the services for that billing cycle. For example, if you are on six-month billing cycle, at the beginning of your billing term you will be billed for 6 months of hosting services. For one time purchases, billing is immediate. To take advantage of any guarantees offered with a product, please see the terms of the Guarantee for each product or service purchased as guarantees may differ.

Guarantee – Full Ride Scholarship Program
Upon attempting in good faith to enact more than 50% of the ideas and techniques presented over no less than a one year period from the time of purchase, if the purchaser of this program has not saved, earned, or reduced their college costs by at least $1,000, the purchase price, excluding any applicable shipping or handling charges, will be refunded. Such refund requests must be provided in writing along with the demonstration of good faith efforts through regular updates on the purchaser’s web portal on scholarshipkeys.com. Refunds may take up to sixty days to process.
Anti Spam Policy
This statement applies to Scholarship Keys, LLC websites and services that display or link to this notice (“Services”). Scholarship Keys prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”). You may not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Scholarship Keys’ Services or customers.
In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
Scholarship Keys does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Services, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Service.
If Scholarship Keys believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Scholarship Keys may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy. If this occurs all claims or promises of any Guarantee of product or service are null and void.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send an e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Scholarship Keys’ rights.
Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
Guarantee – US University Success System
Upon purchasing and using the US University Success System you will begin receiving the tips and techniques that have been designed to help you succeed in your university career. Once you have sent in the homework for the first module, you will have consumed the product described in sufficient quantity and will have demonstrated your intent to use this system. Any request for a refund must take place within 30 days of purchase of the program and prior to sending in a homework assignment. Refunds may take up to sixty days to process and will be less any processing fees incurred.
